t's not luck, it's not "genes" it's work and effort.
So many of us don't have a lot of time to workout, yet we want THAT body. Lean, strong, cut, toned and defined. It's not hard to do. It's a "mental commitment" to get up, get off your butt and just do it. Even if you have 30 minutes, 40 minutes, there are INCREDIBLE programs out there, that if you do EVERY day, (Take one day off. lol) you will see RESULTS.
I've been doing #INSANITY almost EVERY day for 6 years now. I use it to supplement my gym lifting and other cardio I do. @ShaunT, @ShaunTFitness is one of the BEST instructors out there. He is ON POINT. He is #Motivating, #Empowering and most importantly for me, not #Annoying! Lol.
