Sexy | Hot | Paid! | Goldy Locks | The Factory Photography

I just got paid to sit and stare at two incredibly hot and talented dudes this week. The Cheaters! And I’m not mad! They flew me out to their hometown of Baltimore Maryland to capture the essence of what they are about as people, remember their roots and celebrate their surroundings growing up.

I ate amazing seafood and watched incredible sunsets. What a great gig!

The thing that many people don’t see is the beauty inside these two men. They are beyond gifted yet this duo has remained humble all these years making music together. Their success definitely attributes itself to right place right time, but it’s easy to see these guys are making it because people just “like” them.

It’s actually to fun to help nice and deserving people. I know I busted my hump the last few days. I wouldn’t have if they were creeps!

The best thing about these cats is they try. So many times I shoot artists and bands and nothing ever becomes of the shots. Go follow @TheCheaters. Look at how MANY of the shots from the last 2014 March shoot were used and

used to the highest hilt.

It made me proud to see not only my work shine, but also the subjects in it.

If I ask you to do something, pose a certain way, and look a direction... chances are it's not for my health. I'm looking through the lens and maybe you don't look as great as you think you do. So shut up. Just do what I tell you to and smile. That's what you're paying me for. Wink

These guys get it. They are so so cool to work with. They roll with the punches and never complain. And it makes them a joy to shoot. I just rolled off a run in North Carolina. Didn't sleep and almost missed my flight. It was a horrible flight and I got right off and went into the field. I’m not complaining. Just making the point you don’t always know what someone has just been through. So it makes it so much easier when my subjects are cooperative and easy going.

You pay me and pay me well for a job. I've researched your ideas and listened to your concepts. I go into this with a good blueprint but I professional enough to improvise when opportunities present themselves.

Stay tuned to some pretty amazing guys, images and ALL NEW announcements from The Cheaters. Please check out their NEW video here:

Spark | Louisville | Advocare | Goldy Locks Fitness | More Energy

Why I love Louisville!

I was lucky enough to have my Spark EnergyDrink party in Louisville Ky

a few weeks ago. So many wonderful people came out to listen to me speak about the power of Advocare and it’s amazing Health & Wellness products!

I couldn’t believe how many people came and were so gracious about just sitting and listening to me explain the wonderful weight loss products like the 24 Day Challenge,

how to have more #energy with Spark and

even how to make a full time income with part time effort.

One of the people at this particular event was one of the first people to come support me and purchase a 24 Day Challenge. I remember right before Thanksgiving him coming to the edge of the stage and saying,

“if you say this is good stuff, then I believe you. I trust you.”

That meant a lot to me. And it rang true in my head and in my heart that I have a responsibility to be really sensitive to the needs of others in this business and in life. This isn’t some willy nilly pyramid deal.  It's a serious business that really helps a lot of people. Their lives and families are involved here. I must protect thier health, wellness and equally as important, their finances.

In fact, this reminded me of a training I first had when I was new

to Advocare. I actually looked this up:

Today, I choose to be patient with people and treat them with honor and love. I choose this for all people around me, including myself, regardless of their past or my past or even how they treat me. I choose to see the good and success in myself and in others without evidence of deserving it.

Just reading the values and principles that Advocare stands for and was founded on are what sold me. Having the most elite nutrition products available for over 23 years only seals the deal of why I am involved.

Some people buy at retail. But it’s my obligation to tell them how being a distributor can save them 20% – 40%. Also how by taking these products it will help them, look better, feel better and perform better but also it can make a huge impact on their life and the lives of their family financially. All they need to do is share their positive experiences with others and the rest just happens.

The venue I’ve played at for years in Louisville recently closed for good. I could feel this happening and knew having an Advocare mixer, my “Spark” party, would connect some people to me so that no matter what, no matter how busy I become, or where my travels take me, that I always have a connection to some very special people that I love.

Thank you for listening to me Louisville.

Thank you for allowing me to get better at my presentation “flow.”

Thank you for sampling products.

Thank you for signing up on my #GoldenPower Team.

I’ll always be there to help you all.

You’re forever connected to this energetic blond.

I know some of you missed it, or we didn’t hear you at the door.

I can’t even tell you how blessed I am to have had you in my life as long as I have.

Thank you for the support on so many levels, within so many projects.

You’ve all been there with and for me.

I’m excited to see where this next chapter of life takes us.

My FAVORITE photo of the Spark Party.

This child was perfectly behaved. Her mother has come to see me for years.

The toddler kept referring to me as "Mommy's Friend." Precious

Special thank you to Jack at Alpha Orthopedic Systems for opening his business to me and my peers. Kristine and Missy, you were so kind, gracious and helpful.

Way to make someone feel welcomed and comfortable.

Garbage | Kindness | Frustration | Advocare | Goldy Locks Fitness

I saw this link on a friend’s wall and had to laugh. At first glance it’s pretty funny. But the more I thought about it the more grateful I am for the opportunities I have and the blessings that have come my way. We all should be.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82V69TX6wIE

While there are plenty of garbage persons who may love their job and take pride in it, this one clearly was having a bad day. And it made me think of all the people who are stuck doing things they may not want to. Or they are in a dead end job living pay check to paycheck.

The frustration that this man shows and the anger he displays is truly disheartening. And it kind of makes me sad now that I really think about it.

I was speaking to a friend today and she mentioned just how lucky I am to have had the Health & Wellness Company come around when it did last year, Advocare. This company not only has helped me get into the best shape of my life, but it’s given me a financial opportunity that I never thought possible.

So many times we say to ourselves, “I need more money!” But how? When we are working as hard as we already can. Advocare gives people a chance to do what they are already doing, but do some part time efforts on the side, with full time income benefits.

Sound interesting? Watch this video here for more information.

I can’t believe the difference this company has made in my life so I find myself sharing with everyone I meet. And all that does is grow my business larger and stronger.

Email me today with questions. GoldyLocksFitness@Gmail.com

Make REAL Money By Looking & Feeling Great AND by Helping Others | Goldy Locks Fitness

Another #Wonderful #Amazing Person Joins

My Team For #Success!

https://instagram.com/p/3MyRNvPBkG/?taken-by=goldylocksrocks

Can I tell you how truly PUMPED and HONORED I am right now?

6 months ago, I had someone at my gym come up to me and say, “Wow, you lost a lot of weight on the ‪#‎Advocare‬ ‪#‎24DayChallenge‬! You should be a distributor.” I blew it off. I was already a part of other health and wellness companies, they weren’t doing much financially for me. I didn’t think I could afford another monthly fee to join Advocare.

“There isn’t a monthly fee. You join one time like Costco or Sam’s Club. That’s it.” My gym manager said. “And see that guy over there? He’s making ••• dollars a month.”

Wait a minute. I can get PAID to help people? I take products at a discount? Get in amazing shape and help people? And I get paid? What?

I went home and signed up. I ordered quite a bit of product just to have at my shows to share with my supporters. I TOOK that leap of FAITH and said, “I Can Do This!”

And I will ALWAYS remember that cold November night in Louisville, where this incredible man, with an incredible wife, approached the stage with bills in hand and said, “Goldy, I want to do a challenge. If you say the products work, then I trust you and believe you.” Wow… that hit home. It hit my heart.

Ken Karlen went on to lose 19 lbs on the Challenge. He doesn’t even look the same. He changed his diet and made other life adjustments. He now tells ME about how to workout! His blood sugar levels have changed due to his health lifestyle and NOW, after a ‪#‎Spark‬ ‪#‎EnergyDrink‬ party we had last weekend in ‪#‎Louisville‬, he has become a distributor and is on my ‪#‎GoldenPower‬ Team!

I can’t even tell you what this means to me. Full circle. Someone who believed in me, I now REALLY have a chance to help.

Ken already has already seen the results of Advocare’s products. He has continued on them this whole time. But now he is seeing how buying the products from HIMSELF, will save him money, sharing with is friends and family will help THEM and buy building this business he will MAKE money. Advocare will work perfectly with everything he’s already got “goin” on. Cause the Karlen’s GOT it goin on!

I am so so pumped! Remember, wherever I am, YOU can have a Spark party! I will come to YOU! Look at my tour schedule. Round up some people, I bring products to sample, we watch a few short success videos in my presentation and talk about how this company can add VALUE to YOUR life! You have EVERYTHING to GAIN! WIN WIN WIN!

What a WINNER I am having Ken on my team! Now I get to help him build his own! OMG I am so excited! Quality attracts Quality! And all I ever say is God, send me more people like me please! Folks with drive, vision, people who know how to hustle and get to work with a heart! Thank you Ken! Thank you Mrs. Karlen! You are that wife any dude would die for. The most beautiful and the BEST attitude EVER!!!
